ISO 9000 is the world's leading standards series for Quality Management Systems. It is the best platform available to Spring Grove to demonstrate our capability to provide the necessacary services.
The company has always put great emphasis on focused quality systems and we have maintained registration to this standard since 1991 when we were the first company within our industry to achieve this accreditation.
In 2004, Spring Grove set out to build on their existing achievements and to re-assess the company's quality operations which resulted in our recent accreditation to the revised standard of ISO 9000: 2000
At Spring Grove we believe that Quality is everyone's responsibility; no one person should be a dedicated Quality Manager. Every Manager is responsible for areas under their control and they should have the necessary tools to drive their continuous improvements forward.
